Reporting Infractions

There will be times when a Saint or non-Saint offends you, or breaks Fellowship Law.  This includes but is not limited to crimes against the fellowship, against Saints, or actions which you feel are unbecoming a Saint.  This page will detail the steps you should take if you notice such activity.

A Non-Saint commits a crime against you:

  • Report the incident up Chain of Command via email.

A Saint commits an act that you feel is unbecoming:

Privately and tactfully explain what he/she did that was wrong.  How we could work to do better.  Teach and train them that Saints strive for perfection.   We are generous, and honest, and honor-bound to serve each other and our fellow gamers.
If their answer is unsatisfactory, go to Someone in Council, and explain the situation, and how you think it could be improved.

The Council will then contact the person in question, again privately, and try to resolve the situation.

If that does not result in a satisfactory solution.  The Council of Lords will assign one of their number as Judge Advocate (JA).  The JA will investigate the situation as privately as possible, and then make a recommendation on action to be taken by the Council.

The Council will make a final ruling, which is binding and cannot be appealed.

The most important thing to remember is that we are brothers and sisters, and that  we should be able to deal with our problems without the aid of any other person.  Resolve your differences quietly, and always give each other the benefit of the doubt.
